The new B2B eCommerce platform allows specialised dealers to configure products in an easy way, with a novel user-experience approach that has been pioneered in France. It enables the dealers to create and customize quotes for their own end-customers. Also it allows ordering the products of different production facilities from one single place in a transparent and easy way. The platform is a milestone in the customers digitisation strategy as it is the foundation for the digital integration of special dealers in Europe.
Within 4 months of it’s launch the new eCommerce platform led to the onboarding of 100+ new customers. Revenue from online transactions grew significantly. The internal efforts in sales departments for supporting specialised dealers in quoting has decreased by roughly 40%.
