The Story

Bouygues Energies & Services is a global leader in energy, digital and industrial transformation. By short term loss of employees, the internally developped reporting solutions in the area of facility management could not be maintained and extended anymore. The launch of a new major customer was heavily put to risk.

The Solution

The solution consists of a combination of company-wide reportings on base of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and customer specific Excel-Reportings with data integration to Bouygues’s Facility Management system PLANON. With this solution, the reporting 100% fulfilled end customer’s requests for very specific reportings and KPI’s and also ensured that Bouygues’ internal reporting needs have been covered.

The Result

With PROCOMM’s engagement it was assured that qualified resources were provided very quickly. The existing reporting environment was stabilised effectively and customer-specific solutions for new major customers were successfully added. Reporting was turned from major project risk to a high-value asset for Bouygues and its customers.
